• "Player" / "You" / "User" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the ink716 platform in any capacity.

Each eligible person may register one Account only on the ink716 platform. The creation of multiple Accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated Accounts being suspended and balances forfeited.

Registration Requirements

Account Security

All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. ink716 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party source will be reversed and the associated Account suspended pending investigation.

ink716 does not charge any fees on deposits. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply its own transaction charges, for which ink716 accepts no responsibility. Deposits are credited to your Account in Indonesian Rupiah (Rp) at the time of confirmed receipt. ink716 is not liable for delays caused by banking system outages, scheduled bank maintenance windows, or network interruptions outside our control.

ink716 is committed to processing withdrawal requests promptly. The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:

• Your Account must have completed KYC verification before any withdrawal can be processed.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100.000. There is no standard maximum withdrawal limit for verified Accounts; however, withdrawals exceeding Rp 100.000.000 per transaction may require additional processing time and source-of-funds documentation.
• Withdrawals must be directed to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the same name as your ink716 Account. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• Any active Bonus Funds subject to an incomplete Wagering Requirement are non-withdrawable until the requirement is fully met. Attempting to withdraw before meeting the wagering requirement will result in the forfeiture of all Bonus Funds and associated winnings derived solely from those bonus credits.

General Bonus Rules

• Each Player is entitled to claim each bonus offer once only, unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion's terms.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until any applicable Wagering Requirement has been met in full.

Bonus Abuse

Coordinated bonus abuse — including but not limited to the use of multiple Accounts, the use of low-risk betting strategies designed solely to clear wagering requirements, or collusion with other Players — is a violation of these Terms. ink716 reserves the right to void bonuses, confiscate associated winnings, and close Accounts where abuse is detected.

All bets and wagers placed on the ink716 platform are subject to the specific rules governing each product category. The following general rules apply across all betting and gaming activities:

• Once a bet is confirmed and accepted by the Platform, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the Player unless the specific rules for that market expressly permit it.
• ink716 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event affected by obvious pricing errors, data feed failures, or circumstances that would render the original odds materially incorrect.
• For sports betting — including football markets covering BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, Champions League, and FIFA World Cup — settlement is based on official results confirmed by the relevant governing body. All content on the ink716 Platform — including but not limited to the ink716 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, data compilations, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of ink716 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. • Errors in odds, pricing, or game results caused by data feed failures or technical malfunctions, where ink716 acts promptly to correct such errors upon discovery.
• Any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your Account where such access results from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

Where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law, ink716's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to your Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by ink716's negligence, or for any liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.
